Ambassador Benard B.T. Moses is a native of Bodo-City in Gokana Local Government Area, Ogoniland of Rivers State, Nigeria. He is a pastor by ordination and an evangelist by calling.

He is a Chartered administrator with the chartered institute of administration, Nigeria; certificate of pastoral ordination from refuge gospel international church, Nigeria; diploma in theology from the redeemed bible college; certificate of ordination and license by the Wesley Synod, a member of Wesley Synod Canterbury, England; chartered fellowship award of Eminent Peace Ambassador from the international association of world peace advocates, United Nations Peace Volunteers; excellence award in humanitarian services by Olive Theological Institute, an affiliate of International Victory Bible Institute, Tulse, Oklahoma, USA; certificate of appointment and international minister’s license by the Church of God in Christ Incorporated, USA.

Ambassador Benard B.T. Moses has wealth of knowledge while serving with Shell Petroleum Development Company, Nigeria; lecturer with the centre for administrative studies (study centre with the Chartered Institute of Administration); engaged by a research team from Centre for Research and Development, Boston University of USA as assessment personnel during her capacity assessment of selected CSOs in selected states in Nigeria;

He is the state secretary, Association for Orphans and Vulnerable Children NGOs in Nigeria (AONN), Rivers State chapter; member, Rivers State technical steering committee (TSC) on OVC; team member on the development of Rivers State plan of action (SPA) on OVC.

Among the several trainings he has attended include; team playing as a panacea for organizational growth; proposal writing and fund raising; sexual and reproductive health; child abuse; nutrition in crisis situation; ending violence against children; early child marriage (social, economic and psychological effects); child trafficking, exploitation, labour and migration; quality improvement science and national service standard; organizational network analysis (ONA); writing and documentation; effective performance in business; changing your mindset toward business; resource mobilization and NGO governance.

His special skills, include but not limited to, human resource management and development; capacity building, administrative management and control; ability to grow a business venture for profit maximization, wealth maximization and staff welfare; ability to represent an organization or group; skilled in office planning and layout; skilled in local resource mobilization, a motivational speaker and teacher.
